Telkom approached me telephonic-ally about their new ADSL which they never mentioned the cost of it when installing it. I agreed with them to install the the product after being installed i was again contacted and told in order to have operating I have to pay R489 every month I disagreed as I was not happy with it. They again contacted me to say they will remove it. That's when I heard from VVM which requested a affidavit that I have send to them as of know they say they have not received any of the document by email. I know have to pay R3000 for an ADSL that did not work. The lady above said I should email my affidavit which i did for the seventh time
