MBD Attorneys call me at least twice a week and sms almost everyday for a virgin account from 7 Years ago.
This debt is prescribed, its rather annoying getting telephone calls from you, but you are wasting your own money, since, IF it was me, then virgin active gave me an account when I was 17 years old, not even legal to vote, but can have a virgin active account, sound right?!
Then when one of your agents call me, I ask them to email me the contract I signed, but it never gets emailed to, because it does not exist, and when I ask for the contract, then you want me to send a copy of my ID? nuts! if I owe you money, surely you should have the documentation.
Your agents should read this to:
"If, in the past three years, you have not: made any payment towards settling a debt, acknowledged owing the money in any way or agreed to pay it, or been summonsed in respect of it, it has prescribed! "
I will NOT take any more of you calls, and I will NOT respond to any of your messages anymore, so if you want to keep trying, go ahead, but you wasting your time!
