Im paying the account via their attorneys at R150 per month debit order, but I receive notifications telling me I must pay R312 whereas I have made arrangement with people to whom the account was handed over for their colloection. I have raised this concern and I was contacted accordingly by African Bank personnel and he agreed with me that I cannot pay this R312 if I have made the arrangement. Just now i receive the same sms notification having the very same information. I also need statement regarding this account because it still reads the very same old balance whereas I am paying it every month. The statement should be e mailed on [Email Removed] immediately. Thats the thing they should actually do, to collect information from their attorneys and inforrm me of my account.
Please assit me I am being harassed for nothing.
