I HAVE PAID MY TRUWORTHS ACCOUNT, I HAVE REQUESTED A PAID UP LETTER ON THE 01/10/2013 ITS NOW THE 04/10/2013 AND SIPHIWE HAS NOT RESPONDED, PRIOR TO THIS I MADE A PAYMENT ON THE 01/09/2013 AND SIPHIWE COULD NOT PICK THE PAYMENT! I SENT IT TO HIM BUT HE DID NOT RESPOND .
I SPENT SEVERAL DAYS CALLING HIM TO NO AVAIL, WHEN I CALLED THE CALL CENTRE THEY REFUSED TO PUT ME THROUGH TO HIM OR GIVE HIM MY MESSAGES, I THEN ASKED TO SPEAK A MANAGER BUT NONE OFF THEM, WANTED TO PUT ME THROUGH TO ONE, A LADY EVEN SAID THEY HAVE NO MANGERS THERE! THAT IS PATHETIC .
I RECEIVED A MAIL FROM SIPHIWE ON THE 17/09/2013 SAYING HE WAS SICK, HARD TO BELIEVE WHEN HIS COLLEAGUES SAID HE IS AT WORK .
MBD HAS NO SENSE OF SERVICE, THEIR SERVICE IS PATHETIC, I WANT MY PAID UP LETTER SO I CAN CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT .
IS THIS TO MUCH TO ASK FOR?
