This matter has been going on since 2011 when the account was with previous attorneys MBD
I was advised by Sandra Peterson that the above account was settled and that a confirmation letter will be issued.
Towards DEC, 2011-Jan, 2012 i was contacted by the MBD call centre whilst on holiday and they demanded a payment reluctant to confirm the account details i paid the R300.00 into the above account which is the wrong acc as i have a repayment arrangement of R300.00pm in respect of acc:7000100079364154.The paid up letter was never received and to my frustration and disappointment the attorneys kept on referring me to Adcon who all of a sudden informed that i owe -No acc to NCA/ Consumer Act the acc:7000100001772818 has prescribed and inform you staff members to stop harassing me for this account. The source of the confusion which is Sandra Peterson must take responsibility for her action. Endless e-mails has been forwarded without proper investigation and feedback -I will refer the matter further to ombudsman should it not be resolved and i don't want to receive any threatening calls from your call centre until i have received the paid up letter or satisfactory fee
