In 2008 I was contacted by JM Attorneys "apparently" I bought something at Housewares. I STILL dont know who this company is- I have asked repeatedly - I went thru the trouble of getting an affidavit and requesting the "supposed" contract. I was just contaced today again to say the amount owing now is tripled? Apparently they have been trying to get hold of me again since 2008??? My telephone and email has not changed in 12 years! Ofcourse you only get thru to a call centre... JM Attorneys... are you for real? Please provide this supposed contract... Amazingly this Housewares company went into liquidation in 1998... The latest claim is that they will attach my house for this debt. So even an affidavit claiming I knew nothing about it will suffice... If there is an ACTUAL ATTORNEY can they please clarify why this ongoing harrassment!
