I make monthly payments of R350, at around 10:30 this morning I received a call from Mamotadi at MBD stating that their records show that I only paid R200 this month, I requested to speak to a manager and she directed my call to Deepachi, who was rude and started screaming, I requested to speak to her manager Zanele who was apparently in a meeting, I called back at around 16:00 and managed to get hold of Zanele. I told Zanele that me faxing a proof of payment to them was an inconvenience and to describe my frustration to her, I asked why can't she send a driver to fetch the proof of payment, she then responds that I shouldnt have inconvenienced FNB. I asked to speak to her senior manager and she says that she is the senior manager and started getting all technical when I wanted to talk to her superior. Pathetic behaviour, she should learn some manners. Please can THE CEO of MBD call me.
