We ordered around R 500 worth of food over the phone - when I came to pick it up I was told that their card machine was not working. No one bothered to tell this to us when we placed the order and now it means I have to go to Cresta and waste 20 mins of my time to withdraw cash. What made the situation worse is that when I asked to speak to the manager Zanele, I had to wait for some time for her to come out of her office and even asked another staff member to go call her again because she wasn't coming out. The saying "Fish rots from the head" is very evident here.
