ON THE 1ST OF NOV AND 19TH OF NOV I PAID TWO PAYMENTS OF ZAR260 RESPECTIVELY IN TO A WRONG ACC DUE TYPO ERROR .. I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING THIS UP WITH MULTICHOICE EACH TIME I AM TOP=LD TO FAX PROOF PAYMENT UNTIL RECENTLY WHEN I WAS TOLD THAT NOTHING CAN BE DONE ABOUT IT..

I WANTED TO PAY INTO CUSTOMER REF ACC 94852793 BUT ENDED UP PAYING INTO 94857293 .. TO DAY I CALLED AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY DO NOT KNOW WHERE I GOT THE FAX NUMBER I WAS FAXING TO BECAUSE IT DOES NOT EXIST..

I THEN ASKED FOR AN EMAIL ADDRESS WHICH I WAS GIVEN... I ALSO ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER .. WAS TOLD THAT THE MANAGER IS CALLED JAROME... BUT WAS ON ANOTHER LINE .. WAITED FOR HIM FOR 20 MIN ON HOLD .. THE LADY CAME BACK TO ME AND SAID .. SORRY SIR JAROM IS STILL BUSY.. JUST FAX ME PROOF OF PAYMENT... where m i going to get proof of paymnt for november... WHO IS GOIN TO PAY FOR IT.. TO ME TAKEN FRM ACHIVES

WHAT COULD BE SO COMPLICATED TO REVERS A WRONG DEBIT .. I EVEN SENT COPIES OF MY ID EARLIER..

I JUST DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH MULTICHOICE
