I would to bring your attention to the pitiful service that we received yesterday at Wimpy (Camperdown -Engen Garage)
It was approximately 6.15pm and we had stopped for supper at Wimpy. The four waitresses that we grouped together were busy in conversation and were reluctant to seat us. We then asked for a table for two and were seat by Zanele (waitress). We placed our order and received our food within 10min. immediately after receiving our food, we received the bill and Zanele explained that she was going off shift in 5min and therefore we needed to pay. We explained to Zanele that it is inappropriate to bring the bill and stand there for payment when people have just received their meal. Nevertheless, we were willing to pay immediately as Zanele said that she needed to go. The card machine was brought to us and we had swiped and put in our pin. A minute later, Zanele advised us that the machine was not working. We then asked for a receipt to show that the transaction did not go through. Zanele said that she could not give us one.
