What a shocking service I received from a Kwanele Ngobese... I called in to get my service re activated. He put me on hold for almost 10 mins if no more, when I asked him why was the case he answered saying "this is a big call centre and that he literally had to walk and find the fax no. Or email address" as my fiance had requested for it to send the proof of payment. What kind of a call centre that doesn't give its agents info to keep with them? When I requested to speak to a senior was told the supervisor and team leader not available. Does the call centre have quality assessor's? The tone and attitude of Kwanele is unacceptable. I'm so disgusted as he even said "its up to you" when I asked if I should wait to speak to someone else or call again because he clearly doesn't no the meaning of customer service.
