Seven weeks after the property was officially registered in my name, I have still not been refunded the pro-rata occupational rent and the body corporate of the complex I bought into had still not been informed of the transfer, so are unable to bill me for levies.
Good luck in trying to get any kind of response before you have sent at least 3 reminders. And if you are lucky enough to eventually get a response, it is a non-committal: "we will follow up". Last you hear from them until your next round of attempts to get ANYTHING from them.
