No feedback, no help, don't care attitude

I am an property owner in Winterwood complex Hennopspark that is managed by the Board of Trustees and then Pretor Body Corporate. 22 June 2013 my geyser burst, and my neighbour which is also a Trustee member, assisted me with getting plumbers out to fix it. The plumbers that was called was Plumb Ambulance - My excess after the geyser was replaced was R4 500!!! I had a 200liter geyser and at Builders cost - R3 000!!! Plumb Ambulance final bill was more than R10 000!!! I am trying to sort this claim out with the body corp since June 2013. The Contact there is Nicoleen, but I just don't get any feedback or any joy from her! Month after month I must enquire again, and then the same answer if I'm lucky is that she will find out. Plumb Ambulance keep sending me invoices and according to Nicoleen, she will sort it out, and the Pretor keep sending me reminders about my levy that is in arrears, but that is the excess amount and not my levies. This is ridiculous to pay more than R10 000 (excess of R4 500) if I could bought myself a geyser for R3000 at Builders and installed it myself!!! Can I PLEASE get help and feedback from any one???
