Hi. I just want to say that your statement of saying that you have resolved my problem amicably in a privately via the contact details I provided is false, not true. The only communication I got from you was an email from Sally Rice an apology for being unavailable and nothing to do with my query. It read" Dear Sir, Please advise if you require any assistance regarding account number 0278000343084005. We apologise that you were unable to get through to us" I did not receive any private call to resolve my query, instead I received a call of demand from your call centre who refused to put me through the supervisor because I am a debtor and the supervisor will tell me the same thing.
Stop lying or stop listening to people who claim to have done a job that wasn't done. I did not get any call from you at all. And I never changed my number, if you say my problem was resolved, who did you call. And should I from now take your hellopeter response as confirmation that I will no longer be interrogated by your debt collectors?
