We have a property transfer that has been kicked out of the deeds office twice because this attorney had better places to be and better things to do. He sates that he is accountable to nobody except his seller and will not give any explanation as to what is happening with the transaction/s
His staff are only able to tell you that they don't know whats happening.
I will make sure that none of my agents ever use this firm again.
