I put an offer in on a property, after my finance was approved i had paid the transfering attorneys the money along with the registering attorneys.
The property i was buying was held in a trust and at lodgement the deeds office had noticed that the seller was sequestrated.
The registering attorney claimed 90% of my fee's paid as he said it was costs incurred to him.
I lost around 9k on this deal for absolutley nothing!!!
My roof should check up on their clients and see if they doing anything shady!!!
for their incompetence i have lost money and cannot claim this back from anyone!!!
