I have had an issue with absa for three years now where they have taken action we stopped it and we carried on and on to this date we have had no joy the crux of the matter is that absa r
attorney refuses to give us detailed statements on my bond account. staff has changed a multitude of times. in addition costs has been debited on my account and their attorney has asked for costs as well but absa pays him. in addition he tried to sell my house in a wrongful manner . now I want to pay the account in full the attorney refuses me to pay. on instruction from absa I want to pay and he says im not allowed to pay. I can pay my account anytime I want and no attorney can stop me from paying. but because there has been a lot of crooked things happening here everyone wants to make as if nothing has happened. today I receive a mail where he demands money from me as he doesn't want me to pay absa.
I SHALL PAY THE BOND IN FULL AS NO ATTORNEY CAN STOP ME AND IF ABSA WANTS TO COVER THEIR ATTORNEYS ACTIONS I SHALL REPORT THEM BOTH.
the money to pay this bond has been in a trust account for years and they have played with me all the time.
