Threathening sms and emails

I wish to logde a complaint against this ruthless company called barrett and associates.
they have bought off old bedt from fnb and are now claiming the money from me, i have sent them numerous emails stating an arrangement to pay this debt off, yet they still insist on sending me these emails and sms's.
this is my first step off exposing them and my second is to go to the ombudsman.
this is an absolute infringement on my rights as a citizen of this country.

i am sick off these people and its time i take action.
