Illigal debt claims - Health and Raquet

I received a sms stating the following:

A TRACE WILL BE PLACED ON YOU AT THE CREDIT BUREAU. JM Attorneys iro Health and Raquet acc ref. 1120009178 R6, 201.84 due by 25 Jan 13.

First off, I called the number provided as I do not have such an account and never had such an acc and they kept telling me that I had such an acc in 1999 and they then proceeded to ask that I need to provide personal information, I REFUSE!!

I was then told that I have to now write an avidavid and send it to their office in order to get this investigated, SO NOW I HAVE TO DO YOUR WORK FOR YOU SEEING AS YOU HAVE THE WRONG INFORMATION!!

I request the original contract be mailed to me with my signature on, you do the work..

Also, I did some research regarding this and you people should have your legal title removed as you are threatening innocent people with these false claims for something you are not even entitled to as it is illigal to claim these costs as per my case (besides the fact that I did not open it) it is 14 YEARS LATER!!

No wonder they cant answer Carte Blache.
