Account paid off but still being harrassed

I paid the acoount off on the 05/07/2013 and amount of R895.35. They even gave me a discount cos i paid the account off. But i am still received calls re the payment. Everytime they called me they would apologise and say sorry they see the payment now as the system was not updated.

They are becoming a nuinsance especially when i am being called during working hours or when i am in a meeting.

I will appreciate it if they catch a wake up on the administration functions and check data before harassing consumers.
