I have been sequestrated since 2010 and for the last month LGR attorneys have been sms'ing me and calling me for a payment on an Absa Credit Card. Now if these attorneys actually did their work they could quite easily confirm my sequestration. The latest sms I received told me I did not honour a payment arrangement??? What payment arrangement?? As I had made none!!! I legally cannot pay anyone as I have been legally sequestrated.
There are no contact numbers on their sms's even the number on their website does not work. I am literally sitting here waiting for a fax to go through to one of their "imaginary" numbers.
Your company is pathetic and a disgrace. Absa must be beyond stupid to pay your company to recover debt if this is the way you go about it.
Get a clue and check all your facts before you harass people for money!!!
