Clearing name from ITC

My account was handed over to Norman Bissett & Associates. I was contacted by Ashley Nagel to make arrangements for payments. I paid the account in full in Dec 2012 and was adviced that when i pay the account all I need to do is sent the proof of payment to them and they will forward it to Homechoice and Homechoice will remove my name from ITC within 2 weeks and if not I must follow up with home choice to clear my name. I paid up the account and sent the proof of payment to Ashley Nagel on the 21.12.2012.
On the 07th January 2013 I checked with Homechoice they have done anything on the account and to clear my name. I was told my account is not paid up and that the lawyers must be the ones clearing my name from ITC as the account has been handed over to them. I sent an e-mail to Gcobisa Maqanda who is the resolution & admin cleark at Norman Bissett to verify if the account is cleared and what the lady from Homechoice said to me. She wrote back saying that she confirms that the acoount is paid and she referred me back to Homechoice to clear the account. I went back and forth between Homechoice and the attorneys and still there is no solution to this. Khaya Godlo & Earl Martin
