I am being constantly harassed - receiving letters, sms communication and phone calls regarding a Telkom account that is NOT oustanding. I have been trying for over 2 years to sort this out! Telkom has confirmed that the account is not outstanding. In fact, they approved an account for me earlier this year after apparently clearing up (AGAIN!) the mess with this account. TERRY RASHID TRADING stopped operating almost 3 years ago and I have been in contact with countless people from Telkom who have promised that this was sorted out. I dealt with someone called Mrs. Basson 18 months ago and she confirmed this was sorted out. Most recently I dealt with the manager of the Cresta branch of the Telkom store who also confirmed that there is no money outstanding.
I logged 2 complaints on HelloPeter - 1 for Telkom and 1 for 8ta, 2 weeks ago and have had no response. I have called the Cresta branch of Telkom 17 times and they refuse to answer the phone. I have left countless messages for the manager of Telkom Cresta on his phone and he has ignored me. I've spoken to VVM 3 times and told them this story but they keep harassing me! I AM NOT RUNNING AROUND AFTER TELKOM ANY MORE!
