Telkom keeps on calling

For the past 2 years I've received Spam calls from 011 995 0000, trying to sell me Telkom products. I'm not interested, never have been and certainly didn't put my name on any database. I've requested every single time that my name and number should be removed from the database. For a few months it has been quiet, but this week I constantly get phone calls - literally every few minutes. I refuse to answer the phone when I see this number, but they don't give up. Clearly my name was not taken off, because I don't receive spam calls from any other firm so I couldn't have accidentally put my name on a list somewehere. This really antagonises me so much that I will go out of my way not to use Telkom. How many times must I request to not receive marketing calls? Why should we be subjected to these calls anyway? So how can I get my name removed permanently and eternally from Telkom's database?
