In the last 2 weeks I have been receiving calls from MBA legal collections stating that I own money to first Capitec bank and that this debt was occured in 2006 to the amount of R15000.00 Then I received a call stating that I had a Truworths account in 1996. Then the emails started with all kind of reference of default payments with only reference no. no caompany names. They are constantly phone during the day send emails to my work email and when you try and phone to get to the bottom of this issue, the consultant is rude and insulting ordering you to pay because they will issue a garnish against you salary.
I have had the same cell phone number fro 4 years, so if they have been trying to get hold of me why only now.
When I phone Capitec they could not provide a statement of the account neither of the amounts outstanding.
If they do no have the information available why should I be liable to pay it.
This has impacted so baldly on my credit record that my car finance have been declined and has impacted negatively on my work as I work in retail where a clean ITC record is required.
it has impacted on my health as I am unable to sleep.
I can not take this any more
