Sep 2012 i go hold of Pieter de Beer, he assured me he will sell my forklift... but he will need to take the forklift from my yard. This was the biggest mistake i ever made. i never sow the forklift again or the money that was owed to me for the forklift.
After going to the police who could not help me i went to a lawyer to try and help me.
Pieter de Beer is no were to be found.
My lawyers has sent tons of letters and threats to Pieter to try and have him return the forklift or the money.
Sadly there was been no attempt on Pieter side to make contact and it has now been more that a year later.
The forklift is worth R150, 000
