CONSTANT HARASMENT BUT NO ONE PICK UP THE PHONE

I constantly receive sms to make payment on a Truworhts account i do not have.
In fact i didn't deal with truworths the past 10 years.
I'm not listed as a bad payer with any credit buro and obtained my credit reports.
Nowhere does any ref to Truworths reflect so who gives them the right to demand any payments.
Tried to call the number they supply 0100015617 numerous times to get a clear explanation but just going through a answer service to hold on and then the line goes silent.
Did send a email requesting them to stop harassing me but to no avail this morning they sms again with the same contact number.
This company is the most unscrupulous AND UNETHICAL company and seems to violate all the regulations pertaining their operations and not a single so called watch dog organisation to put them in place.

ONCE AGAIN I PLEASE ASK YOU TO STOP THIS HARASMENT!!!

JUST TO CHECK ON HELLO PETER MADE MY SUSPICION WAS CONFIRMED ABOUT THIS SO CALLED LAW FIRM AND THE AMOUNT OF COMPLAINTS DOEST SEEM TO STOP.
