I am writting yet another complaint abou this company as i never had feedback regarding the prevoius one, i would like to appeal to Shapiro to send me my settlement letter as i am scared to call them because when you call them you will get charged, i am ready to escalate this to an ombudsman as i wont be able to pay for the calls i made to them to find out if my payments were allocated, i have settled my Finchoice account with an amount of R6240.Shapiro please give me my settlement letter so i can move on with my life
