On the 14 June I phoned the attorneys for a balance and the lady (Talisa) that answered the phone told me that I have a small balance and that my June payment will be my last. She said that I must phone after the 04 July to request my paid up letter. I have been phoning since last week Thursday (11.07.2013) and had no response. I googled the address on the Garnishee and contacted the Mall they were in and they told me that there was no one in the office, it is vacant. Now I am stressing as to how I can contact these people in order for me to get a paid up letter because HR will not stop deductions unless they receive a paid up letter from them. They don`t even have an e-mail address. If I cannot contact them for a paid up letter how will I be able to get my refund if HR continues to deduct from my salary. I cannot afford to loose a R250 every month. Please I need this matter to be sorted out or they must send me the paid up letter. I tried all the numbers on the garnishee and the ones on the internet and nothing works. Telkom also could not help me.
