Unethical practice from rcs

I had a Rcs account that fell in arrears because I was retrenched and had to take a R5000 pay cut.

Rcs handed my account to Marais, Muller Yekiso attorneys, which got a garnishee order against my salary.

This I understand 100%.

What I do not understand is that Rcs handed the same account to RL Daily attorneys. I recieved a letter from them in December and the again in January to inform me that they will take further legal action if I dont pay my account.

I phoned them to inform them about the garnishee order that have been paid monthly to Marais, Muller and Yekiso.

There reaction was that I should contact Marais Muller and Yekiso for proof of Payment and that they have a garnishee order against my salary.

I contacted Marias, Muller and Yekiso and spoke to a lady that informed me that she will contact them and set the record straight.

I recieved a email this week to inform me that RL Daily attorneys will be taking further legal steps.

Should I now pay 2 attorneys for the same debt or can some one please help me.
