My medical aid was depleted and as a result Dr Wentzel was not paid and without sending me a letter of demand, handed me over to Schulenburg attorney's. so they proceeded in listing me on ITC after I paid the original capital amount and refused to pay legal fees. So, I will call the managing partner tomorrow to try and get this resolved. If they do not budge, will pursue legal action against them for damages incurred. I will refer my attorney to all these posts and move that their license be suspended by the Relevant Ombudsman. Sick of people abusing their power and act irresponsibly.
