Constantly getting sms's to pay an account

I have been receiving sms's from MBD saying that i have a vodacom account which I have not paid for, apparently I am owing vodacom R13 000. I have never had a vodacom account in my life and when I go the a vodacom branch they say they cant pick me up on the system. I don't know what to do as these people are threatening to blacklist me.
