Once again, no response since last week when i lodged the complaint. Phoned twice, was told manager is in a meeting and that i'll be contacted, been waiting since. I really want to put this matter to rest but no one cares! They're running the business like a spaza shop. No proper followups being made, no reassurance, empty promises are made, they do not value their customers and the business they bring.
