Good day
I have been in contact with the attorneys before regarding my account but now there's just no response at all when I requested that they send me a balance on my Vodacom account. I as well did a request regarding my previous account I had with them which is now done and on my Capitec account but never yet recieved any response. Now that there was no successful debit, they mail me regarding that.
I made it clear to them before that I am only contactable via e-mail.
Please I need a response so that I can know what' s happening and work from there.
