Had a cellphone account with MTN in 2008, almost 5 years ago, which i did not pay up. when i check on my ITC report, MTN have written off my debt. This when i planned to pay the account. Then sometime later, MBD keep sending me smses, trying to make payment arrangement for an account that i took in 2008.
Isn't this a prescribed account, why is MBD Still phoning sending me smses?
