I have been requesting numerous times for MBD to contact me regarding my Capitec account and it was promised that I will get response but despite even writing a report on here there is still no response. How am I expected to pay my account when I don't have no knowledge what is happening regarding the account. I have written many e-mails requesting this even but its really ridiculous that they don't respond.
I have as well notified them that I am only contactable via e-mail, they have contacted me before via e-mail but now nothing is happening from their side.
