I am having the EXACT same issues with these Unskilled people @ MBD- My Account was Paid up in 2010 and to my surprise 2013 i still owe (according to them) for the past 3 weeks i have been calling them only to get the run around YET AGAIN - it was confirmed that my Acc is paid in full and that my "Paid up letter" would be emailed to me. Its almost 2 weeks later and still no letter. The 1st time in 2010 i was promised the letter in 2010 but still nothing. Then they got my email address incorrect even after spelling it out for them like kids that are in Grade R - My daughter who is 5years old can spell and comprehend better than these Adults!!!
