Received sms on 15 May re Mom's SABC TV Licence, which was paid up in September 2012. I responded immediately via e-mail, no response received from them. On 18 May received "Letter of Demand" dd 17 May. I responded immediately via e-mail, no response from attorneys. I sent another mail on 27 May requesting feedback, no response. Instead, on evening of 28 May I received another "Letter of Demand" dd 27 May. I have today, once again, responded to the 3rd comm received. The attorneys do not even know whether their client's "alleged" debtor is male of female and they have not paid attention to the ID number of the "alleged debtor". Please stop sending me letters and sms'es demanding payment, if you have no intention of following the matter up, responding to communiction, with a view to resolving the matter. As I said in the first correspondence, it would be prudent of you to request your client to check their records beore falsely accusing people of non-payment. Please don't tell me to call your call centre (at my expense) - I would like to speak to a competent person who is actually willing and capable of resolving the matter.
