My FNB Business Account was in arrears and sent to Marais Muller Yekiso Attorneys for Collection, Friday the 17th of May 2013 I made payments of R3000.00 R944.00 which they received. Monday the 20th they emailed Settlement Letter which I forwarded to my FNB Branch in order to re-open the business account. Saturday the 25th myself and my business patner went in to the bank to sing and re-open the account and was told to come in monday the 27th to check if the account is active which I did and still wasn't active, branch manager told me FNB is still waiting for Marais Muller Yekioso Attorneys to pay over the account in order for it to be re-instated, Tuesday the 28th I called the above Lawyers and was told they still checking and matter has been escalated and I'll get feedback which I haven't received. Called their accounts department and was told same thing 'waiting feedback, matter escalated' and we'll get back to you, its been a week already and no-one seems to know when the pay over will happen and why its taken this long and I find this totally ridiculous, they asked for the settlement and I paid it in immediately and they fail to do the same thing and can't even give me feedback.
