Good day, I received an sms from your offices out of nowhere and have been trying to contact your offices, but the service of your agents is appalling. After many attempts at trying to get information from your agents I was informed about a debt from 2003 with Edgars that your firm is trying to collect on. I followed this up with the NCR and the Ombudsman and was advised that your attempt at collecting on this account is illegal as this debt has prescribed. Please will you update my credit records and stop sending me SMS's for something which I am not liable for after the prescribed time. I would appreciate proof of this being actioned.
