I was paying a virgin active acc through MBD attorneys. I had to pay a settlement amount of R469.00, of which i paid R300 and then R169, on the same day but as separate transaction. i was then told i didn't pay my acc in full, i sent them the proof of payment on the Monday, May 20, 2013 11:05 AM to Donald Ngwenya who is the Query manager who promised to investigate and get back to me, till to this day i am still waiting for feedback, every week i send an email asking how far the query is and i am always told its with the company lawyers.
in between all of that, i still get sms's saying i owe them.
i don't understand how big companies trust these people to collect their money for them, because they themselves are very confused and it seems they don't know their own system, as i was told they cant trace the R169, thats why they had to investigate.
all i want is to know whats happening on this acc, as well as a settlement letter to prove that i have paid them in full.
