13 March 2013 at 09:07 I received a telephone call from Zanelle.
I asked to be transferred to her superior - I was transferred to Adelaide.
I told Adelaide that I have on NUMEROUS occasions requested for a DETAILED account to be e-mailed to me.
Adelaide PROMISED me that she will PERSONALLY mail me WITHIN the next 30 MINUTES and that, after she e-mailed it to me, she will phone me to confirm that I received it.
I told Adelaide that, if I DO NOT receive the e-mail by end of business on 13 March 2013, I will sue her PERSONALLY for defamation of character, emotional distress, etc AS I have been requesting the information for ALMOST A YEAR!!!
I did not receive the documentation, thus on 14 of March, I posted a complaint on the Hello Peter website - I mentioned Adelaide by name.
I also posted on ABSA Bank's Facebook page
The FIRST time I heard from the office was on the 23rd of April 2013 at 12:20 when a gentlemen phoned me.
I IMMEDIATELY asked to be transferred to his superior and again my call ended up with Adelaide.
I told Adelaide that I REFUSE to talk to her - I want to speak to department head
She said they were on lunch & someone will phone me the same day
I AM STILL WAITING
