HANDED OVER BUT CELL NO. IS NOT MINE

I recently received a call from Burnard Raath & Associates stating that I owed Vodacom R17k. I told them that this was not the case as though the ID No. belongs to me the 0763329539 number does not. In about September 2013 I received a call from Vodacom saying the same. I told them that the number does Not belong to me and gave them my cell no. with Vodacom that I, ve had for numerous years together with 4 other numbers on my Business contract. My account gets debited from FNB monthly without there ever being a problem and not Capitec Bank as stated by caller. Having to RICA for upgrades can quite easily place my certified copy of my ID in someone else, s hands as I suspect was the case. I have contacted Vodacom on numerous occasions, spoken to Adelaide, Erosio, Pa SIkhalala, and Anele with the latter promising Khomo (team leader) would call me back that day. Still waiting, disgustingly poor service from Vodacom and their employees especially as I dealt with Customer Service as well as Legal on 0821905
