On 17 Jan 2014 I ordered flip files on line from Waltons and paid it immediately. On Wednesday I mailed the helpdesk asking when I can expect delivery. Just received a read receipt from Justice Ramasala. On Thursday and Today I've mailed again and asked when I can expect delivery and only received read receipt from Justice once again but still no answer. I've mailed the original order confirmation with all the details on so there is really no excuse for this pathetic client service
