I hate having to deal with this company. i have been trying to get a refund of funds that is rightfully mines since the 27th March. been dealing with Natalie Goliath, my sister and i have both asked her about our refund. she still isnt responding to emails. i was promised the refund today by Guiddo by Thursday. at the point, this is becoming out of hand i want my money and if it is not in my account by tomorrow i expect you guys to cough up for bank charges that i had to pay to do the eft for the purchase and i expect interest too. i really think its unfair you guys treat customers like this. my sister will also be lodging a complaint.
