I bought a massage via Groupon from Passionate Beauty. When I wanted to make a booking I was told she could not honour my voucher until well after the closing date. She suggested I get a refund from Groupon.
On Feb 27th I sent an email (Ihave also phoned) and received a reply from Zulfa who said it was being processed. On March 7th I still had no credit/refund and after another query and reply from Sisanda I was told it would be done by the following week. It is now a month later and several more emails and replies with ticket numbers and yet nothing is in my account.
This is now getting beyond being patient for.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY R100 CREDIT/REFUND???
