Secondly, Why do you not anwer e-mails
Thirdly, Why do you not answer tweets
Lastly, as a paying customer I have the right to know what is happening and if you have any shame at all. I'm pretty sure you would not even treat your pets the way that you treat your customers.
I don't want a generic response like: "Our rubies are looking into it etc" I DEMAND CONCRETE ANSWERS!
