Netflorist promised to refund but does not

I ordered flowers for Valentines day with a box of chocs, Netflorist delivered dead flowers to my wife and did not deliver the chocs that I paid for. I called on the 14/02/2013 snd was told by Cazley Manuel that I would be refunded to date I have not, everytime I call I get excuses, 3 days, then 7 days. To date they have not refunded me. Please don't order from them they are cheats!
