Spoiled my Valentines day

This is unbelievable.

For the first time ever my husband ordered me this surprise, Monday already paid for, confirmed yesterday.
Gets delivered on time like he wanted but unfortunately in complete.

He is extremely busy at work and even more so disappointed. I took it upon me, knowing how he wanted this perfect.
I phoned the call centre, spoken to Lucy. She says: Ag mam, I am sorry, we can refund you. The box with 12 roses does not come with chocolates, although i see your husband ordered them separately and paid for it. How do i keep my cool. This is not about eating or desperately wanting chocolates, this is about the thought that went into it planning and deciding what he wanted perfectly for his wife. She was willing then to arrange delivery tomorrow. I said to her how are you going make tomorrow Valentines day no.2? TODAY IS VALENTINES DAY!

She promised that her manager will call me after 14:00 as soon as he gets out of the meeting, so that they can still try and accommodate us.
Today I am still fighting to get refunded without chocolates or even just sorry
