I placed an order, through the Ebucks website, for Netflorist to deliver roses to my wife's place of work on Valentines day. Taking into consideration that it would be a busy day, I ensured that I placed the order over a week ago. The flowers were not delivered on the 14th, as expected. There was no notification given at all. I had to call Ebuck, who had to follow up with Netflorist, twice. No feedback or follow up from Netflorist at all. I then hoped the flowers would be delivered early the next day, which it was not. And till now, I am STILL waiting to hear if and when the flowers will be delivered. I just hope that they actually worth the wait.
